Who’s Who Recognizes Jon L. Williams

Jon L. Williams has extensive experience in leadership positions in the safety and industrial hygiene field, specializing in problem solving and solutions for industrial, chemical, petrochemical, and manufacturing ventilation controls, noise controls, and ergonomics. He is the Industrial Hygiene Project Manager at Caliche Ltd.

At Caliche, Jon is in charge of compliance audits at manufacturing, refining, and oil and gas facilities; private clubs and compressed gas suppliers; environmental noise surveys for oil and gas, and industrial manufacturing facilities; forensic reviews of depositions; review of IH monitoring; and assisting the firm with safety and client services.

Jon’s past experience includes 14 years at CFAN Company (a GE Aircraft Engines joint venture with Snecma Company for carbon composite fan blade manufacture) as the acting industrial hygienist and safety resource; 6 years of combined experience at Texaco Inc. and Diamond Shamrock, Inc.; 8 years at one of ARCO’s largest refinery, operating and supervising petrochemical refining operations; and several years of experience with DOD and commercial projects, leading the installation of monitoring wells and the cleanup of hazardous waste including aviation fuel, chlorinated solvents, chemical weapons, radiation, and other hazardous material spills.

Jon is an alumnus of the University of Houston, where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Industrial Hygiene & Safety.
