Who’s Who Recognizes Lyria Charles

Lyria Charles has an impressive resume, with 25 years of senior leadership roles in information technology at companies including America Online, Chubb Insurance, and Unocal. But her most impressive role to date is her current one, as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Charles Executive Coaching. Lyria Charles serves as a strategic advisor in the area of leadership development in the IT industry. Ms. Charles drives IT leadership initiatives focused on turning IT leaders into business leaders.  She works with major corporations to transform IT leadership through strategic talent management planning, leadership boot camps, and targeted 1-on-1 coaching.  She has a passion for developing future technology leaders and is an expert in information technology, all of which led her to create Charles Executive Coaching.

Lyria also takes opportunities to share her expertise and help others outside of Charles Executive Coaching. She’s a member of the Society for Information Management, Women in Technology International, and the Information Technology Senior Management Forum. Lyria is a speaker and participant in industry conferences. And one of her favorite creative pursuits is mixed media art.

Lyria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
