These include registrations, renewals, transfers and assignments, procedural oppositions, anti counterfeiting research reports and anti counterfeiting raids and prosecution. Gloria has been heavily involved in major licensing and technology transfer negotiations and has successfully represented her clients in intellectual property litigation in Mexico involving copyright and trademark infringement. She has actively participated in preparing corporate policies and manuals to satisfy her client’s intellectual property needs.

She has Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. She was awarded a scholarship to obtain her master’s Degree in Intellectual Property at the prestigious Franklin Pierce Law Center (now UNH School of Law) in Concord, NH USA, where she was some years later appointed to be on the Board of Trustees for 7 years. For most of her career, Gloria’s area of practice has been in intellectual property and licensing and technology transfer. Gloria has worked in two big firms before staring her own firm Isla del Campo, SC 8 years ago and merged 4 year ago with Tsuru Morales Tsuru that became Tsuru Morales Isla Abogados, SC.With excitement, Gloria looks forward to all the changes in her area of practice, as Mexico has become a member of Madrid Protocol last year.
