Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Jeffrey Li
Jeffrey Li serves as the Group Chief Marketing Officer for Convoy Financial Group. Established in 1993 and listed on main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2010, Convoy grew rapidly from a small 10-man office to a listed corporation with over 3,000 professional financial consultants in Hong Kong and the PRC. The Group provides a broad portfolio of financial solutions to customers by offering over 800 diversified financial and insurance products. As Convoy’s Group Chief Marketing Officer, Jeffrey is responsible for the Group’s strategic marketing functions: including insurance business marketing, corporate solutions and MPF business marketing, partnership marketing and corporate communications. He is also the Alternate Chief Executive and Responsible Officer of Convoy Financial Services Limited, registered under the Professional Insurance Brokers Association and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority respectively.
Jeffrey earned both his bachelor’s degree and his master’s degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia, where he was the School Prize Winner (UEA School of Economics and Social Studies) for best academic performance for two consecutive years specializing in econometrics and industry economics. In addition, he was a Sportsman of the Year at the university badminton tournament where he was also the captain of UEA badminton team.
Throughout his career Jeffrey has held many senior roles. He rose through various positions at the International Bank of Asia, Ltd., including Head of Private Banking/Ambassador Privileged Banking, Head of Corporate Communications, and Head of Strategic Planning and Control. After this he joined Prudential Assurance as Assistant Director-Partnerships Sales/Partnerships Operations. Prior to assuming his role at Convoy, Jeffrey was the Head of Bancassurance/Head of Marketing and Training at Dah Sing Life Assurance Co. Ltd.
An eloquent speaker, he has performed as Master of Ceremony at numerous s events, and has been a frequent presenter at seminars/trainings for both clients and staff on investment/Bancassurance products and services. With a wonderful mindset and spirit, Jeffrey’s dynamic and adaptive traits have led him to steer numerous changes in global business markets. He looks forward to continuing to assist organizations within the Asian Pacific.
He resides in Hong Kong and speaks a proficient level of both English and Chinese.
