Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Carlo Levi Minzi
Carlo Levi Minzi is a world-wide concert pianist, conductor and theorist. Based in Italy, Carlo is currently a tenured professor at the Milan “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory and he has performed throughout continents and countries including Europe, Russia, the United States, and South America among others. He has also given numerous masterclasses in Europe, Asia and America. He speaks, composes and teaches in four different languages: Italian, English, German and Russian. One of his greatest accomplishments is having translated “The Art of Performance” by Heinrich Schenker.
A student of Enrica Cavallo, Vladimir Natanson, Paul Baumgartner and Mieczyslaw Horszowski, Carlo Levi Minzi has concertized throughout Europe and America and recorded LPs and CDs as well as performed for several radio and television stations. His repertoire, which extends from Bach to contemporary, includes the complete cycle of the Mozart’s, Beethoven’s, Schubert’s and Skrjabin’s Sonatas as well as more than fifty piano concertos.
