Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Geoffrey R. Hall, MBA
Geoffrey Hall is an adjunct Sociology Professor at Northampton Community College. With a special focus on criminology, Geoffrey’s breadth of expertise also encompasses quality assurance, statistical reports, marketing, advertising, training and commercial underwriting.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Presbyterian College, Geoffrey went on to earn his Master of Arts in Business Management with a focus in Industrial Sociology and Business Management from Marshall University in 1975. He also studied at Lafayette College and Penn State University. He is a Vietnam Veteran who served in the Air Force as a Staff Sergeant for 4 years before receiving an honorable discharge and he received the Air Force Commendation Citation and Outstanding Unit Citation. During his time as Automation Manager for Cigna Corporation, Geoffrey had the superlative experience of traveling to 45 of the 50 United States.
Geoffrey has been published in the South Carolina Journal of Law for his article: “Self-Concept of the Incarcerated”, and is a frequent speaker on criminology and serial killers at his local Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the American Sociological Association. Geoffrey also volunteers at the local prison, working with 22 inmates to help them rehabilitate and prepare for release.
He plans to continue teaching for about 5 more years and to tutor students at the local library. A proud cat owner, Geoffrey is also considering writing a nonfiction book about cats. He resides in Pennsylvania, USA and is fluent in English, German, and Spanish.
