Thomas Pickens has been the Managing Director of Fulcrum Capital LLC for over 22 years. An investment firm, Fulcrum Capital is staffed with senior professionals who have extensive experience at Merrill Lynch and Citicorp and who possess knowledge of legal, credit, and tax issues. With 35 years of extensive experience in the finance industry, Thomas has helped polish and build the firm to what it is today.
 
After graduating from Brown University, Thomas worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency. He has been mentioned and quoted in several publications, ranging from the Wall Street Journal to several trade publications. He served as Vice President of Merrill Lynch specializing in Private Placements with an Airline and Transportation focus and became a principal at the Stamford Company and later a Senior Vice President of D’Accord Inc. before making the move to Fulcrum.
 
Thomas attributes his success to maintaining close relationships with institutional debt and equity investors and understanding what is needed by both investors and corporate clients to close financings. Overall, he hopes to continue successfully serving clients and raising the low cost capital needed to grow their businesses. He currently resides in New Jersey, USA, and enjoys keeping fit by gardening and jogging in his spare time.
