Lorne Adamarczuk is the Senior Facilities Manager of ATB Financial, a $40.1-billion organization with exceptional governance and a thoughtful business plan located in Alberta, Canada. ATB was created more than 75 years ago, in the darkest days of the Great Depression, to financially serve Albertans and help propel them into a flourishing economy. On an average day, Lorne is responsible for risk mitigation, emergency response and direction on day to day facility operations regarding the institution and is the leading decision-maker for the hiring of contractors and vendors. Lorne is well-versed in strategic planning and lean process innovation. His goal is to establish long-term sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint for ATB’s corporate properties while implementing a secure infrastructure for the future of the banking industry.
After receiving his master’s from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Lorne started his professional career as a Master Electrician (government registered # 5343). Through dedication and a clear vision of his plan to succeed, he moved up the ladder into management roles, leaving a positive impact on every team he joined. He earned a Facilities Management Administrator degree from BOMA and an MBA from the Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business. He is a member of the International Facilities Managers Association and currently has over 17 years of experience in his industry. Lorne continues to grow and learn to achieve optimal results for ATB Financial.
