Armando Ortiz Valencia is a dynamic, independent Business Consultant with over 16 years of experience in executive positions. Armando specializes in Strategy Planning, Directive Management with focus on the Institutionalization of Familiar Enterprises, Organizational Development and Business Analysis. Armando has a passion for helping companies to develop their core competencies and compete in the Mexican marketplace offering guidance on the implementation of IT Projects (ERP, CRM, etc., purchase of equipment, networks), human resource management, social media campaigns and other services.

Prior to joining BOT Consulting Group, Armando was IT Manager and then Technical Advisor of General Direction for Advertising and Promotion SA de CV. Armando’s future goals are based on consolidating his independent firm BOT Consulting Group with the acquisition of new Clients. Additionally, he is currently working with a civil organization to dignify the union taxi as career life.

On the social side, Armando Ortiz working with friends to generate donations to homes for the children with cancer and other needs and he published one book of poetry and co-founded an independent literary publisher.
