Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Dr. Steven J. Rosenstein

Steven J. Rosenstein, DMD, has been a practicing Dentist with Segal and Rosenstein Dentistry for 18 years. Prior to this he practiced in Philadelphia, PA. He is also an Associate Professor in Community Dentistry at the University of Florida Dental School. His avid interests in finance and real estate led to a second prominent career as Managing Director of Private Lenders of South Florida. In this role, he helps people diversify their investments, reduce risk in their portfolio and earn a consistent real return of 7 to 9% without fees. Specifically, he provides funding for Real Estate investors to facilitate their deals. His passion in this business comes from the knowledge that he is making a difference in the communities where the properties exist. His real estate funding for investors is well-known and respected.

He received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1975 and a BA in Natural Sciences from Colgate University. Dr. Rosenstein is currently serving his sixth year on the Board of Directors at the Academy of Osseointegration. He is an alumnus of the Pankey Institute, and continues to enhance his expertise in Dentistry as a member of the North Miami Beach Seattle Study Club. As a Platinum Member of MPactWealth he keeps up to date on the latest opportunities in the field of private funding.

Steven enjoys golf, yoga, reading, investing and traveling. He lives in Hollywood, Florida, USA with his wife of 40 years and three dogs. He has two children. Emily, 34, is a middle school assistant principal in Hollywood, FL, and Noah 26 works for Gartner in Fort Myers, FL
