Ihab H. Gueneid is an experienced director with over 30 years of experience in the oil and energy industry. Currently, he serves as Managing Director of the Arabian Drilling Company, an oil drilling service company backed by 50 years of operational experience and a history of innovation that has brought tremendous safety and efficiency gains to the drilling process.
 
He has a PMI in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University (2007) and an MIBA in Strategic Management from ESLSCA Business School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ain Shams University. Ihab has held several managerial positions throughout his career with a focus on operations, marketing business development, and M&A. Currently, he is in pursuit of his MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and is expected to graduate in 2015.
 
Quite passionate about what he does, Ihab credits his success to dedication, hard work and commitment, which have opened several windows of opportunity for him. Ihab resides in Al Kho bar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
