Fadi Kilani owns his own law firm and has been in practice for 17 years, specializing in corporate and business law. Fadi specializes in corporate and business law and power and electricity law. He works daily with executives and CEO’s all while leading a team of 12-15 lawyers in the field. Fadi and his law firm also participate in volunteer work with social NGOs, specifically those in the environmental conservation field. He also works on Islamic Sukuk, beginning with due diligence corporate structuring and governance, leading to the final formula after selling shares.
