Carlo A. Centeno heads the marketing, advertising and corporate communications for St. Germain Investment Management, with additional responsibilities in philanthropy and public relations. As Vice President of Marketing, he has worked with national clients including SAAB Cars USA, Ralston-Purina, The Travelers, and Welch’s Foods.

Carlo is a graduate of Loomis-Chaffee in Windsor, Connecticut. He received his BA in English Literature from Boston University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst. Carlo started his career in broadcasting at an ABC-TV network affiliate in the Springfield-MA/Hartford, CT market. Much of his career has been in corporate communications, primarily on the agency side. Through the years, he has worked with a number of national advertisers in areas of both traditional and web marketing, social media, PR, sales, events, media and broadcast production, among others.

Carlo has been recognized for his work in B2B marketing, and has received a Clio and Golden Pyramid, the former on behalf of SAAB Cars, the other for Welch’s Foods. He has participated in roundtable seminars at conferences regarding marketing, compliance, and branding. He volunteers with non-profits and has sat on several industry affiliated boards. More than anything, he credits his continued success with the quality of the people he works with.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Carlo writes, blogs, takes film and digital photos. He also plays the piano and guitar. Aware of best practice models, Carlo enjoys collaboration and looks forward to continued professional and personal growth. He resides in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, USA, with his wife and family.
