Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Bert Ferwerda

 
“Be yourself and have high integrity and professionalism.” These are the words spoken by Bert Ferwerda, HR professional with KPMG Netherlands. KPMG provides high quality services in the field of audit and advisory services. They work for a wide range of clients: large international and national companies, medium-sized businesses, non-profits and governments. Having been in his profession for 15 years, joined the company less than a year ago and has been appointed as board member responsible for HR. As an expert in his field, he has been interviewed multiple times by Dutch business newspapers and magazines. He is also frequently asked to speak internationally as a representative for his company.
 
Bert holds a master’s degree in Business Management from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, and is a member of the Society for HR Professionals. He has held many senior executive roles over the course of his career, including but not limited to: Director of HR, Netherlands at ABN AMRO Bank; Director of HR, HR Transition Manager and then Global Head of Human Resources at Rabobank. He is interested in professional networking in order to help him achieve his future goals of continuing to be a cutting-edge business professional in his role at KPMG.
 
Leading a well-rounded life, Bert chooses to stay active by sailing, skiing and playing squash in his spare time. He is fluent in Dutch, English, and German.
