Robert V. Rubio is an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and has been in that capacity for over 20 years. Primarily a helicopter pilot, he accrued additional skills in safety, risk management, and defense acquisitions. He received his B.S. Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1993 and a Masters Degree in Military Studies from Command and Staff College, Marine Corps University, Quantico, Virginia in 2008. An avid fisherman and inspiring golfer, he continues to take pride in serving his country through flying and the work he has accomplished throughout his exemplary career.
