Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Pedro Baram
Pedro Baram is the owner and founder of Intersoft, a software and networking company based out of Mexico. Established in 2008, Intersoft has demonstrated its excellence in creating and maintaining computer software that fits the diverse needs of its customers. Among Pedro’s esteemed list of clientele includes the creation of main networks for KPMG, Ernst and Young, Petroleos Mexicanos, La Salle University, the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Commerce, and the National institute of Fine Arts and Literature.
Pedro demonstrated a broad skill base and promising career right from the start. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, he went on to complete a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. Upon graduating from Stanford, Pedro developed software and networks for Apple. His return to his native Mexico is largely credited with Apple’s arrival in Mexico. Pedro also took coursework in regional planning and capital budgeting at the United Nations, where he served as a Professor and Researcher for 3 years. Upon completion of his service at the UN, Pedro became a Consultant to the Mexican Ministry of Finance, where he designed and oversaw the development of a tributary model, implemented several forecasting programs and provided services in econometrics. Before launching Intersoft, Pedro served as the General Manager of Paquetes Interactivos, a role he held for over 28 years.
Today Pedro remains active in both Stanford and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma School of Engineering alumni groups. He speaks English and Spanish, as well as a working level of Hebrew. In his spare time, he enjoys engaging in photography, cinematography, yoga and cycling.
