Florent Chevey is the founder and CEO of Aurora Asset Management SA, an asset management and financial advisory firm based in Panama. Serving both private and institutional clientele, Aurora Asset Management develops comprehensive strategy and provides guidance and advice based independently of any banking ties or allegiances. With over 15 years of managerial experience in the financial sector, Florent is an expert in all aspects of retail banking, auditing, controlling and private banking.
 
Florent went on to complete a master’s degree in Economics from the Haute Ecole de Gestion HES Suisse, from which he graduated as Valedictorian in 2004. The same year he received the UBS Valais’ Best Student of the Year Prize.  A native of Switzerland, Florent relocated to Panama and discovered a real market need for independent private banking and asset management of the highest caliber. Before launching Aurora Asset Management, while based out of Geneva Florent managed a portfolio of European and South American clients for over 6 years. Known as a key figure in his industry, Florent also serves as the Chief Executive, Broker and Analyst for the Superintendent of Securities, Panama. He holds Principal Executive license no. 439 and Analyst and Broker Securities license no. 968 from the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Panamá, and is a member of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives.
 
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, today Florent resides in Panama City, Panama. He remains an avid world traveler and hopes to connect with like-minded business professionals to exchange knowledge on an international level.
