Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Dominique Mensah

 
Dominique Mensah is currently the Group Head of Operations at Ecobank. He is in the process of executing high level banking expertise in his role with Ecobank, drawing from his highly merited history working for Citibank in Europe (France, UK, Scandinavia Countries, and several other Western European Countries), and in Africa.
 
A seasoned banker with over 25 years’ experience in managing multi-branches banking operations and technology in both Europe and Africa, Dominique is a force to be reckoned with in the banking industry. His newest role includes setting up the operations strategy, documenting the operations policy manual, and the operations and technology processing procedures for all products offered in the Group, with related controls. He is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance and driving results through strong Performance Management Tools.  He is responsible as well in developing and growing the core businesses with automated and efficient platforms giving excellent quality service delivery to customers. He also demonstrates leadership in managing and developing people, through setting up development programs and teaching sessions of it at the Group Academy. He is a member of the Group Management Committee, an executive member of the Board of eProcess, (the IT affiliate of the Group)  and chairman the Human Resources committee, as well as chairs the Audit & Finance committee of the eProcess Board.
 
A graduate of St. John’s, Dominique Mensah has had much success in his field, and looks forward to even more. He currently resides in Accra, Ghana.
