Rosa Cipriotti is an Independent Board Member for Prelios SpA, a leading European asset management group. In addition to her board role for the company, she serves as a member of the Compensation Committee of Prelios. Rosa is also the Financial and Strategic Advisor for PARCapital, where she provides financial advice for SMEs on issues ranging from reorganization, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, IPO and funding. With over 14 years of experience in the banking industry, she is an expert in financial advising and a sought-after consultant.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Economics from Spienza University in 1998, Rosa worked for the Lehman Brothers, later joining their successor company Nomura Investment Banking as the Head of Financial Sponsors Coverage, Italy. In the spring of 2015, she completed the Harvard Business School Executive program.
 
Rosa resides in Milan, Italy, and speaks fluent English and Italian. In the near future, Rosa intends to expand her boutique firm to greater levels to help guide the financial decisions of corporations in the future with her expertise in resource management and strategic vision. She is also looking to expand her role as independent board member in large listed multinational groups. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, running marathons and appreciates fine Italian wine.
