Rodolfo Krause serves in several Boards of Directors: (1) CAP S.A., (2) Pares y Álvarez Ingenieros Asociados and (3) Echeverria Izquierdo Soluciones Industriales (EISI SA). CAP S.A. is an Iron ore mining and steel manufacturing Co. ; Pares & Alvarez and EISI are Engineering and Construction Co´s. Previously he worked at Methanex Corporation (The largest Co. in the world dedicated to produce methanol.) He worked at Methanex  for 19 years, and had global responsibility for all manufacturing sites. He previously worked at The Dow Chemical Co. in different positions and different countries for a total of 14 years. Rodolfo comes from a family of chemical engineers and, following in their footsteps, earned his Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Concepcion, 1968. He has served in director positions with many companies (Cementos Polpaico (HOLCIM subsidiary, Air Liquide (in Chile) and has had a world of experience, from chemical engineering to running the plants, to handling customers and strategic planning of new projects. He has been asked frequently to guest lecture at various universities on chemical engineering and managerial performance. Rodolfo is a devoted husband and proud father of three children and several grandchildren. He enjoys playing tennis, music, reading, and playing golf in his spare time.
