Carlos focuses on intellectual property law, contracts and civil procedure. He is highly skilled in corporate law, commercial litigation, legal advice, patents, trademark infringement, international relations, strategy, arbitration, and legal assistance. Carlos has a BBA from the University of São Paulo, an LLB from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and an LLM from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He is a member of the ABPI, International Trade Association, International Congress, AASP, and AIPPI. Carlos attributes his success to having clear goals and unrelenting focus. Within the upcoming years, he plans to step into a legal director role working in global property for the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, nature, health and wellness, martial arts, sports, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
