Evelyn Jackson has spent her career dedicated to bringing out the best of her fellow employees as an HR specialist and strategic business leader. Today she is one of the Co-Founders of Corporate Crayon. A company dedicated to redesigning culture to motivate the Millennial workforce and changing the relationship people have with work.  Recently the VP of Global Development, Engagement & Culture at Beam Suntory, the world famous spirits manufacturer where she distinguished herself as a culture and talent thought leader. In the over 20 years of her profession, Evelyn has proven herself to be an inspirational leader and has worked hard to nurture a culture of excellence throughout her multinational region with creative strategic solutions on learning platforms, strategic leadership conferences and organizational integration and redesign. And as an executive of Beam Suntory’s regional management board, she focused on developing leaders across the business. Through this, she empowers the people she works with and thus, was a crucial driving force behind Beam Suntory’s ever-increasing productivity.
 
After her graduation from the University of Sydney, Evelyn quickly found her calling in human resources. Her rise to the top got its start with a National Recruitment Officer position at OPSM and it wasn’t long before she became a sought-after expert. After 5 years as Associate HR Director at Aegis Media, she came to Beam Suntory as an HR Director for the Asia Pacific South America region. Her leadership ability to cultivating talent has seen her promoted ahead of her peers throughout her career which has led to her founding her own business Corporate Crayon to bring her strategic creative solutions to other organizations.
