Dr. Annette Erasmus is an exceptional consultant and facilitator with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in the automotive industry. She advises automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) in South Africa as well being as a MerSETA certified assessor and moderator. Annette is an expert in the motor industry and she develops training material for a variety of disciplines on an ongoing basis. She is in the process of writing a book on selling commercial vehicles which she hopes to publish in the not so distant future.
 
Annette’s experience encompasses working with vehicle dealerships and wholesale OEM’s. She has previously worked with several of the most successful automotive brands such as Mercedes-Benz and General Motors. At Mercedes-Benz, she managed both the Regional Sales Managers  while providing support to the Mercedes-Benz network of dealerships in South Africa. As Head of Solutions at Sewells Group, an International Consulting firm, Annette was responsible for the achievement of outcomes as they related directly to the development and creation of the kind of cutting edge products and solutions that made Sewells a leader in dealer performance improvement.
 
Annette, who is highly educated, holds numerous degrees and certificates including a PhD and an MBA. Her PhD comes from Calvary University for Strategy Alignment and her MBA is in Business Administration from Commonwealth Open University. Annette also has a Master’s diploma in Management negotiation from the Graduate School of the International Negotiation Academy. She is a graduate of the Calvary School of Business where she was awarded a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She also holds certificates in Dealer Management, and Senior Management from the University of Melbourne and the University of Pretoria, respectively.
 
Between her education and her experience in the field, Annette has distinguished herself as one of the most capable consultants and facilitators in South Africa.
