Susanne Nichols is the Founder and CEO of International Cosmetic Suppliers Ltd, a leading provider of packaging for the cosmetic, toiletry, beauty and pharmaceutical industries operating globally with a headquarters in Hong Kong, and assorted branches in Taiwan, China, the UK and the USA. Founded by Susanne in 1991, ICS is distinct in the ability to combine Western design sensibilities and service with Asian manufacturing expertise. Susanne is an impassioned leader esteemed for her expertise in product development, manufacturing and marketing strategy, as well as her flair for fostering favorable relationships.
 
Prior to founding ICS, Susanne gained extensive experience in the cosmetic industry in Australia, where she spearheaded a division specializing in packaging and design. Susanne is a member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Toiletry Perfumery Association, the Australian Chamber of Commerce, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
 
In addition to her finesse in her industry, Susanne is a fervent humanitarian, and cultivates the same spirit in her company. In 2013, ICS teamed up with celebrity hairstylist Kim Robinson to develop a set of limited edition lipstick boxes in collaboration with Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution event, and all proceeds went to the Fund’s free breast cancer care services. Susanne currently resides in Hong Kong, where ICS’s Headquarters is located, and is fluent in English as well as conversational Mandarin Chinese. In her spare time, Susanne has a penchant for real estate, and remains active by doing Pilates and walking her dog.
