Dagoberto Santiago Toledo is a Corporate Security expert with over 25 years of experience in the management and strategy development of security programs that have lead companies to a profound organizational transformation. He has extensive experience in various industries such as aviation, pharmaceutical, consumption and food & beverages. The focus of his security strategy is the security of people, property and reputation of the company, with a business focus.
 
Dagoberto is a Senior Corporate Security Director at PepsiCo and a full member of the executive committees at OSAC Mexico, ASIS and the American Chamber, amongst other organizations responsible for promoting security such as “Mexico Unido Contra la Delincuencia”.
 
It is a driving force behind the culture of legality in companies, the use of technology in the security strategies and the development of the Corporate Security professional.
 
At this point in his career at PepsiCo he is a leader in developing  strategic security plans to reduce or minimize exposure to different risks in addition to managing shared services, such as surveillance resources, executive protection, new technologies such as GPS , etc. He is also responsible for investigations and threats against employees and company assets, some of his main achievements are:
 

• Creation and development of a centralized command center for emergency and monitoring of Security & Shared Services.
• Former developer of Information Security Strategy for PepsiCo.
• Training employees to raise their awareness on security protocols and “Culture of Lawfulness”.
• Development and implementation of crisis management and business continuity planning.
• Information Security Program.

 
He has been a speaker in the most selected security forums at international stages in México, and has his eye on being a VP for global Security within a Global Company.
 
Mr. Toledo holds a MBA, earned at the IPN in 1989 as well as a Engineering in Aeronautics and at IPN in 1984.
 
Dagoberto was born in Oaxaca and now he lives with his wife and two children in Mexico City. He enjoys activities such as horse riding, exercising at home and spending time with his family.
