Adriano Turso is the Technical Director at Sipal S.p.A., where he manages buildings and bridge projects, overseeing all structural engineering along with construction operations. An energetic and highly motivated individual with 18 years of experience in his field, Adriano holds exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and is known for achieving goals on time and to the highest standards. He is adept at solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring young technical staff.
 
Some keys to his success have been the ability to approach each job with serious determination and giving his absolute best with each. Adriano’s plans for the future include seeking a challenging technical management position that offers opportunities to tackle exciting projects.
 
He is a member of the Italian Civil Engineers and is a Certified Project Management Associate – IPMA Level D” recognized by IPMA (International Project Management Association www.ipma.world. He has a Master’s in Project Management and specializes in applying his superior operations strategies to civil and structural engineering challenges.
 
In his spare time, Adriano enjoys playing the piano, building new projects and flying. He lives in Moncalieri, Italy.
