Anniek Kindts is a Managing Partner and Integral Development Coach at TheCoachingHouse, a coaching practice focused on facilitating a learning, development and performance for executives and executive teams.  Anniek brings ‘a double lens’ to her coaching: nearly 20 years of experience in senior executive leadership roles across 3 continents, combined with extensive coaching experience in the areas of change, transition and performance management.   Together with her partner and colleagues, Anniek supports leaders and their teams across sectors and borders with a vision to lead in development.
 
After earning a degree in Business Economics from the University of Antwerp, Anniek completed a Master of Business Administration from the Vlerick School of Management. After a successful corporate career, she became certified as an Integral Development Coast through New Ventures Westin San Franciso, and is a certified Nine Domains Facilitator through the Enneagram Institute of New York.  Anniek also completed the Harvard Changewise program to become a Leadership Agility 360 Assessor.
 
Prior to setting up TheCoachingHouse, Anniek built a fast-paced and successful corporate career working for industry giants Unilever and British American Tobacco. Additionally, she has served on 3 boards and 2 audit committees and has served in executive capacity across Canada, Western Europe, Malaysia and Singapore. Her international background in education and in work has led her to be able to see the big picture and ‘get to the core’ of an issue. Highly sought after as a coach, Anniek is known for her energetic, engaging and enthusiastic style. She is affiliated with the International Coach Federation (ICF), The Academy Of Executive Coaching Ltd., and serves as a Faculty Member at New Ventures West.
 
A Belgian national, Anniek currently lives in Surrey, England with her Brazilian husband and 2 young sons. She speaks fluent English, Dutch and French; she enjoys yoga, travel and poetry in her spare time.
