Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Dominique Ben Dhaou
Dominique Ben Dhaou is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for SGS, the global leader in inspection, testing and certification services, employing over 85,000 workers in 1800 offices and laboratories. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Dominique works out of the firm’s headquarter office, where she acts as a strategic partner to the Executive group, developed and implemented the HR strategy globally in alignment with the business challenges and opportunities. She initiated the transformation of the HR function for the company, staffing a new HR organization on the corporate and regional level and raising the Employer Brand in a B2B context and the use of social media to attract the right talent in the organisation.
After attending the Institut Florimont, Dominique earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Hotel Management from the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne. Her career has brought her across multi-cultural and international environments, including Africa, North and South America, West and Eastern Europe, as well as Asia. Prior to joining SGS as an International Compensation & Benefits Manager, Dominique served as a Human Resources Manager for Novartis and got her start in Human Resources with Levi Strauss & Co.
Dominique is certified in SHL OPQ by CEB, and a member of the Organisation of Women in International Trade, HR50, Groupement des Entreprises Multinationales (GEM), and the Anciens Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne (AEHL). She speaks English, French and Spanish.
