Beth Gardner is the President & CEO of Custom Travel Solutions Inc. She started the business 20 years ago with 1 client at 1 million dollars in sales, and now 20 years later is a 100 million dollar company. Custom Travel Solutions is an industry-leading travel technology company providing customized solutions for the travel management needs of clients both regionally and globally. Custom Travel Solutions utilizes a unique automated “end-to-end” logistics solutions for moving workers through commercial and charter air channels, ground transportation and into camp accommodations for the oil & gas, mining and forestry sectorsl. which deals in logistics and development contracts. It is the only company in North America that handles commercial travel, helicopters, buses, oil gas, and forestry.

In 2014, Beth was named one of the top 100 female entrepreneurs by Profit magazine and Chatelaine Magazine. She is also listed as the top 20 business leaders in Calgary for 2015 by Business in Calgary.

In the next 4-5 years Beth looks to grow the company further primarily in the logistics and meeting/incentives division as well as corporate travel. She Donates to Dreams Take Flight where a 737 plane is chartered each year and takes special need children to Disneyland. Beth also donates to the Humane Society where she raises funds annually for 2 pet rescue organizations in Calgary.
