Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Adolfo Crespo

Adolfo Crespo is the Executive Vice President of Customer Service and Corporate Communications for Mexicana Airlines and has over 20 years of experience in the airline industry. Adolfo specializes in Customer Care and Corporate Communication.

Adolfo has earned a Master in Business Administration from I.E Business School, Madrid, Spain, with certification from the London Business School, and a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.

He served as an American School Foundation Board Member, 2003 – 2010, and is the current President of the Mexicana Airlines Foundation, an organization dedicated to provide assistance (therapies not covered by Social Security) to relatives of Mexicana employees. The Mexicana Airlines Foundation, in conjunction with Wheels for Humanity in the USA, has transported and donated more 2,000 wheel chairs to various charities and rehabilitation centers throughout Mexico.

During Adolfo’s years at Mexicana, they were awarded “Best Airline” in their region for 9 years in a row. With his vast knowledge of Commercial Aviation and detail to Customer Care, Adolfo will continue to climb the ranks wherever he is.
