Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Alberto Pons

 
Alberto Pons is a Senior Legal Advisor to small and medium sized enterprises in Barcelona. Alberto has worked as a senior consultant to the Corporate General Management and Business Division of a listed company in the Spanish Second Market (SIBE) and its subsidiaries. He has also worked as secretary of the Board of Directors at the listed Company taking an active part on the successful IPO of the company, as well as various capital increase, the issuing of debentures, bonds and warrants. Alberto regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance and commercial issues.
 
On an average day, Alberto works on general legal matters for large-scale companies. He facilitates decision-making, compliance, and ensures executives have a full understanding of how their options and associated legalities interrelate with company goals.
 
A third generation lawyer, Alberto discovered his passion for the law at an early age. He studied at the University of Barcelona, and went on to receive his Master of Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College of London. Alberto has also completed a PDD in Management and Administration from the University of Navarra IESE Business School, and a Legal MBA at the prestigious school I.S.D.E. Alberto remains active through the IESE Business School Association and is a member of the Barcelona Lawyer’s Association.
 
He hopes to improve the legalities of Barcelona both culturally and logistically, calling upon his experience gained abroad in London and over the years as a practicing lawyer. He hopes to connect with other top professionals in his field, and to find more supporters of the “Pons Cabinet”— sharing the same vision for Barcelona as he does. Alberto is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
