Amaury Hermanns is the owner and founder of Hermanns Real Estate in Brussels, Belgium. A new venture, Hermanns Real Estate celebrated its launch in December of 2014, but has over 5 years of realty expertise in the Brussels market under its belt. Specializing in the fair market valuation of real estate, Amaury and his associates work primarily for loan varieties with AXA Banks, Argenta, VAN BREDA and others. Highly skilled at the legalities concerned with both sales and rental, Amaury provides a wealth of knowledge and advice to his clients on topics ranging from inventory to dry rot detection.
After completing his studies in Legal Expertise from Ghent University, Amaury became a Syndic and Rental Agent for the Office des Propriétaires Bruxelles. Moving on to specialize in investment properties as a Commercial Agent for the firm Globali, Amaury moved up the ladder quickly. Prior to starting his own firm, Amaury served as the Head of Sales for Immo Magnum Realty for over 4 years. While at Immo Magnum, Amaury was named “the second best seller in Brussels” by real estate search engine Immoweb.
Amaury hopes to continue to grow his newly established practice, with an eye toward international markets. His jovial nature and facility for working with other has led him to be readily adaptable to new situations and given him a sense of community responsibility. He is active in the Order of Malta, and recently arranged the Annual International Pilgrimage to Lourdes for 40 young Belgians, many of whom are disabled. Amaury seeks enrichment on multiple levels, and his passion for his work has rendered the weekend hours of real estate never a problem. He speaks French, Dutch, English, and Russian, and is currently open to new business opportunities in Russia or the South of France. In his spare time, Amaury enjoys playing both tennis and golf.
