Andrew Croasdell has been the Senior Director at Ledcor Construction since 2011, specializing in attaining new clients for Ledcor to partner with, develop lasting relationships, and nurturing and maintaining existing client partnerships while offering effective solutions to their needs and consistent deliverables from the teams. Andrew has 22 years of industry experience as an architect with Callison Architects, MulvannyG2 Architects, and construction executive with Ledcor. He has led project teams and managed client accounts throughout the US, Canada and Puerto Rico for retail, light industrial and mixed use projects. Andrew also led an international team on a project in the UK and is familiar with forms of contract, building codes, and practice standards in the US, Canada, and UK.
Andrew’s clients and pursuits include retail, assisted living, multifamily and mixed use project types, providing guidance and input through all phases of project development and delivery. His future goals include succession to Vice President of Ledcor’s Seattle office, leading their Corporate Account business development efforts and operational performance, and diversification of their project types to include more light industrial, hotel, high end residential and retail projects.
