Antônio Henrique Prado is the board member of two companies: EvoBooks and Netshow.me. Evobooks is a provider of digital educational content to schools, teachers and students. The company develops state-of-the-art digital 3D interactive books for educational purposes. Netshow.me is an internet startup that offers an online stage where musicians and comedians get paid to broadcast their live performances and fans can interact with their favorite artists in an intimate environment. As an Entrepreneur and seasoned professional, Antônio uses his significant experience to guide these companies toward sustainable growth. Specifically, he excels in financial analysis, business development, forming strategic alliances, designing business plans and strategy, financial management, negotiation of contracts with large national and multinational groups and advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
With a Bachelor of Science from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics, a post graduate qualification in Accounting and Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Antônio combines academic knowledge with a compendium of experience. Starting his career with Chase Capital Partners (now JP Morgan) as an Associate, he has held many executive positions including founding Partner of E-Platform Partners, Business Development, M&A and PMO Manager at Cosan and Copersucar, SA and Strategy and PMO and Chief of Staff at BP Biofuels. In each of these roles he controlled the performance of capital projects, met KPI’s, executed change management and formed and maintained relationships with stakeholders. He is affiliated with the Brazilian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, University of Chicago Alumni Association and the Aeronautics Technology Institute Alumni.
