Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Antonio Jose Vildoso
Antonio Jose Vildoso has been in his professional career for over 20 years. Living in Peru, Antonio has held the role of ED&F MAN PERU, for 4 years now. ED&F Man is a specialist merchant of agricultural commodities, trading specifically in sugar, molasses and coffee. In addition, we act as broker to clients who need to access commodity and capital markets to hedge their risk. His responsibilities include risk management, price marketing, handling financial reports, administration, purchasing for suppliers, sales processes with clients, tax management, corporate finance, and directing of cash management and IT services. Recognized as an expert in his field, Antonio speaks at events and conferences in Colombia.
He holds a master’s degree in International Marketing and a bachelor’s in Business Administration. Successfully combining academic knowledge with hands on experience, Antonio continues to progress in his field, basing his success on his passion for what he does. In his past roles, Antonio helped Banco Latino to move from the 21st position in the Peruvian bank system to the 4th. He also helped Cargill Peru increase their total revenues from $15 million to $ 200 million and Louis Dreyfus Peru from $140 million to $ 460 million. Within the next few years, he would like to expand as a professional, maintaining a C-level position and later be recognized for all his achievements. He is looking to network with like-minded professionals, do business consulting, generate business opportunities, and share his expertise. Antonio is fluent in Spanish and English.
Outside of his professional life, Antonio volunteers as a member of the board of directors responsible for building a school for underprivileged children. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging and sailing.
