Bala was the Lead Consultant with responsibility for Technology, Business Development, Solution Design, Build, and Implementation of ERP Business Systems, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Business Process Re-engineering &Outsourcing of IT and BPO services solutions for major Enterprises and Service Providers in the Asia Pacific region. His contribution resulted in significant improvements to overall service delivery efficiency, reduction in ongoing operational costs as well as delivering substantial business benefits to several multinationals.

His current responsibility as the APAC Regional Program Manager is to manage the Applications and Infrastructure Delivery and Integration of Service Delivery Platform (SDP) for Billing, Sales & Customer Care (BCC) to deliver Online / CRM / Billing / Fulfillment capabilities for the Group Consumer and Enterprise Business Units across Singapore (SingTel) and Australia (Optus).

He is fluent in English, Indonesian, Indian languages and has a working knowledge of Japanese and Malay.

When Bala isn’t busy in the corporate world he can be found volunteering at Loreto School in Normanhurst or the local community where he lives in Sydney, Australia.
