He is a Partner at BT Employment Agency, NCF Contracts Pte Ltd. and Tim Educare. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Royal Wave Media Pte Ltd, and NutriFirst Pte Ltd. Barnabas specializes in marketing strategy, online marketing, start ups; new business development, digital strategy and business consulting.

With a degree in Business Management focused on Entrepreneurship from Singapore Institute of Management and a diploma in Business Management, Barnabas is combines academic knowledge with real world experience. A dynamic and agile businessman, his awards and recognitions speak for themselves. He was the feature of a SIM Cover Story (June 2014); SME of the year (2014); made Yahoo News (Nov 2013); received the Asia Excellence Award (2013): was featured in the Sunday Times – “Me & My Money” (March 2011); a Spirit of Enterprise Nominee (2010) and MIS featured Marketer @ Work (2006).
