Carlos De la Mora is the Construction Director for the ICA. He has been working in his current capacity for 23 years. He oversees construction projects in Mexico City and likes challenging projects, and has been involved along in his career in more than 20 projects in Mexico.
 
Carlos specializes in Civil Engineering, Construction, Management, and Leadership.  He has a Master of Science in Cal State University Fullerton and is a professional civil engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering projects in Mexico with more than 23 years experience working for the most important construction company in the country.  Outside of work he enjoys sports.
