Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Christopher Pia

Christopher Pia is the CEO and Founder of Pia Capital Management. In operation since 2009, Pia Capital Management specializes in global metals, foreign exchange and real estate. Christopher launched his own fund after a 20 year career at Moore Capital Management, a global macro hedge fund. Chris returned his funds investors capital in 2012 primarily to spend more time with his family.

In 1984, Chris attended the City University of New York-Baruch College and received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Economics. He has vast knowledge in Currency, Commodity and Real Estate speculation and investment. Chris is also a member of various professional associations such as Commodity Traders Association, Foreign Exchange and Currency Markets Group, and is on the Board of Directors at St. John’s Prep, in Astoria NY.

Chris has multiple residences in Manhattan, eastern Long Island, and Palm Beach, where he lives with his wife and 5 children. His plans for the future are to spend more time with his family and grow his fund.
