Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Dr. Felipe Mertens

Dr. Felipe Mertens is an endocrinologist at CliniMed Medical Group, with a principal focus on obesity and metabolism disease. Located in Polanco, Mexico City, CliniMed excels in patient care with the most advanced treatments and equipment available. They have on staff 50 of the best surgeons in the country, along with first class nurses and fully-trained support staff, providing comprehensive medical care. Dr. Mertens has been considered instrumental in expanding the practice beyond the borders of Mexico into Texas and Florida and beyond.
 
Currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Neuroscience from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM, 2017 expected completion date), Dr. Mertens has an MD from the Westhill Institute. He obtained a diploma in Alta Hospital Management from the Hospital Dalinde; and has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Baccalauréat, Bac from thr Liceo Franco Mexicano.
 
Dr. Mertens attributes hard work and a good attitude as the keys to his success. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian and Hebrew, and enjoys playing golf and soccer in his spare time. A history buff, Dr. Mertens maintains particular interest in World War I and World War II.
