Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Fernando C. Lima

Fernando C. Lima is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience in his industry. He is a founding Director of HR2 Business, a consulting company committed to delivering customized solutions for the management of human resources, catering to talent management solutions, organizational development and business management. They are based in Alphaville, in the municipality of Barueri, State of Sao Paulo.

As well as being the Director of HR2, Fernando is the Director of the Regional Metropolitan West National Brazilian Association of Human Resources (ABRH-SP). In 1999 he assumed the Vice Presidency of Technology for People Management of National ABRH. During this period he created and realized the Technology Forum for People Management, also in 1999, he joined the committee responsible for creating CONARH, which he chaired in 2000. In 2013 he founded the Metropolitan Regional West ABRH-SP (based in Alphaville, Barueri, SP), where he continues as Regional Director.

Fernando holds a Post-Graduate degree in Strategic HR Management from IESE School of Business in Brazil and a BSc-Psychology from the University of Guarulhos. Prior to starting HR2B, Fernando held a multitude of senior executive roles including but not limited to: Superintendent of Human Resources with Citibank Group in Brazil and also for Banco Safra; Director of Human Resources of Nortel Networks, Odebrecht S.A., Perdigão S.A., McLane Brazil, FM Logistic, Votorantim Cimentos and Votorantim Cimentos North America, and Manager at EMBRAER. He also was Professor specializing in People Management at the INSPER – Institute for Education and Research. He won HR Professional of the Year (1997); is a three-time award winner for an e-learning program implemented in Brazil and he has had an article published in TMD Magazine on how to acquire consulting services (2012).

Outside of his professional life, Fernando enjoys swimming in his spare time where he lives in São Paulo, Brazil. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
