Hector Xatruch is the Executive Director of HX Consulting & Services, an advisory firm that specializes in the installation and configuration of electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms) and other electronic security services. With over 16 years of experience in IT and technology, Hector oversees the support of customer design, implementation and configuration, and the installation of their security systems.
 
Recently Hector joins the weeCONOMY as a Distributor for Panama and the rest of the world.  The weeCONOMY is a global movement, connecting online in order to establish a new form of consumerism and economic activity. After earning Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Universidad Tecnologica de Panama (UTP) in 1997, Hector went on to receive a postgraduate degree in Management from UTP. He then completed an MBA in Strategic Management from the Universidad Interamericana, 2014. He is a Member of Amcham, IEEE Panama and Mission 500. He was the former Vice President and a Member of the 20/30 Club, where he was recognized for his civic leadership. He also has experience working with AMAG/G4S Technology, is CCure 9000 certified, and has networking skills especially applicable to IP video.
 
Hector lives in Panama City, Panama, and speaks fluent English and Spanish.  Hector is highly recommended by his clients due to his great customer service, technical knowledge, and integrity. In his spare time, he enjoys sharing time with his wife and two daughters as well as walking and exercising.
