Helena Rollo is the Owner and CEO of MHR Consulting Solutions, a consulting firm expert in the development of human capital. Engineer Rollo has certifications in Conflict Management and Coaching, certified by the International Coaching Community, specializes in Project Management and Organizational Behavior, and has an extensive professional background as Director and Project Manager in national and international companies. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French, and she has knowledge of Italian.
 
MHR Consulting Solutions is an enterprise whose main mission is to provide solutions to each client maximize their personal results, professional and organizational, by combining the organizational behavior knowledge with the specific tools of Coaching and NLP.
 
Helena holds a degree in Civil Engineering by Instituto Superior Técnico and is member of the professional association of engineers (Ordem dos Engenheiros), with “Senior Member” Professional Level Qualification. Engineer Rollo is also Trainer, Speaker, and Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), certified by the International Trainers Academy of NLP.
 
Additionally, she has authored several articles on organizational behavior, personal development and coaching in blogs and online magazines, both Portuguese and Brazilian.
