Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Howard Rivera

 
Howard Rivera, Vice President of Division 16 LLC, started his career path by earning a BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, in 2001. Division 16 is a private-sector engineering firm in Puerto Rico, where Howard practices his expertise in construction management, project management, negotiation, electrical engineering, team building, administration and operations for the company.
 
Howard is fluent in English and Spanish, and has work history in the construction industry both in Puerto Rico and the United States. He is a member of the Puerto Rico Professional College of Engineers, an association accredited by the government to serve professional engineers. Through the Assosiated General Contractors of America, he participates in public speaking engagements regarding the basic concepts of electrical engineering and construction. Howard is a certified professional engineer (PE) and looks forward to continuing his career wherever opportunity takes him. Through Division 16, he looks forward to connect with business in need of design and/or build electrical services in the areas of Puerto Rico and the State of Louisiana.His affiliations include the Agency of American General Contractors, The University of Puerto Rico Alumni, and Engineers College.
 
During his free time, Howard uses his skills to improve his community and creating projects within the business to increase the living standard for his neighbors. Howard credits his success to his work ethic and consistently focuses on completing tasks to the best of his ability, rather than focusing only on the desired results. He also volunteers his time to work with the church and local community to improve standards of living in his surrounding area of Salinas, Puerto Rico.
