Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Ibrahim N. Bayeh
Ibrahim Naji Bayeh is the Managing Director for Energy Global Services, a firm established with mission to undertake PMC/EPC/PC projects in the oil & gas, petrochemicals and energy sectors. With over 37 years of experience managing and directing high profile projects, Ibrahim has led the company to see tangible results. Their mineral water bottling plant currently handles 144,000 liter/day, and they have developed a hydrogen peroxide plant, as well as boiler feed pumps, a desalination plant and a fertilizer plant. Energy Global Services is the second subsidiary company that Ibrahim has established, and was founded in 2009. Today it has over 320 permanent employees across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Lebanon.
After earning a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1975, Ibrahim went on to complete a Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Kansas. He holds a PhD in Engineering Management from California Coast University, 1998.
In 1993, Ibrahim started his first company, ISB Engineers & Constructors, in Lebanon. He did this in collaboration with various international engineering and management consultancy firms. Some of ISB’s major projects included: the Master Plan Update & Infrastructure Plan (2 billion USD project) for Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, in consortium with Arthur D Little (USA), Black and Veatch (USA) and Kentz Engineering (Ireland); Strategic Planning Initiative, Market Study and Analysis (10 billion USD project) for Mesaieed, Qatar, in consortium with Arthur D Little, Black and Veatch, Royal Haskoning (Netherlands) and Khatib & Alami (Lebanon).
Prior to branching out on his own, Ibrahim served as the Middle East General Manager of several engineering and management firms from across the globe, including the UK-based Mechanical and Civil Engineers (MACE), US-based Ford, Bacon and Davis Technologies (FBDT), and US based Black and Veatch (BV). He is known across the industry for his high standards, strong ethics, diplomacy and cultural sensitivity. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Lebanese Syndicate of Engineers, Engineers Board of Kenya, Saudi Council of Engineers and Bahrain Society of Engineers.
Today, Ibrahim divides his time between Houston, Texas, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. He speaks fluent Arabic and English.
