Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Jack Daggett
Fueled by an internal need to improve the lives of others, Jack Daggett is a rare person. He is the founder of the Eternal Freedom Foundation of America (EFFA) and a Gold Star Father. The Eternal Freedom Foundation of America is providing a recovery program that works in saving the lives of American veterans committing suicide. EFFA run Operation Reboot, a retreat for soldiers with physiological disabilities namely, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) they also run the US We Care Club, an education program designed to help young people understand the realities of enlisting at an early age and the 4th Quarter Soldier Memorial, a program which enlists American Universities to host Voices of Honor concerts in their football fields to raise awareness of the needs of soldiers. In conjunction with this, Jack has been working on Holistic alternative treatments for PTSD for years: all-natural products that help soldiers who suffer from physiological disorders have finally been discovered and the foundation will go ahead and brand and patent them. After losing his only son to war, Jack became a Gold Star Father. This is an organization of fathers of the fallen who are seeking to assure other Gold Start Fathers that they will always have someone by their side. They can be identified by their gold star lapel button. They also run several projects to help fathers deal with their grief and loss.
Jack Daggett is no stranger to serving his community. In 1980, he was the first elected board member of The Make A Wish Foundation. He has served and currently serves on several nonprofit boards. Currently retired (semi), Jack was Co-owner of Flathead River Ranch until 2013 and founding President of DBC Builders LLC where he received the Builders of Excellence Award and the Humanitarian Achievement Award for building several projects within the greater Phoenix area to house the chronically mentally ill, homeless and abused women and their children. These projects became a springboard for Wish Builders; a group of general contractors and sub contractors who generously donate materials, land and labor to build much needed properties. He has received the Wish Bone Award from the Make A Wish Foundation for his support and the City of Phoenix VIP Award with his brother for tearing apart a burning wooden house with his bare hands in an effort to save a baby.
Currently residing in Fountain Hills, Jack loves coaching children, hunting, fishing, gathering and spending time with veterans. His favorite past time is spending time with his grandson and taking vets fishing. He loves God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
