Jann Tadorian is the Founder and CEO of Inplenion International AG, a global performance management consulting organizations based in Switzerland but operating across the European Union, MENA region and Far East. With over 15 years of experience in providing applied performance management solutions, Jann runs teams that design, transform, implement and support performance management solutions.
 
After earning a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bern and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart Milan, Jann went on to complete an Executive Master of Information Management from FHS St. Gallen.
 
Prior to founding Inplenion, Jann has worked for organizations in the business software, data management and management consulting industry.
 
Jann’s 5-year goal is to continue expanding his company in new market and to grow its value.
 
He is most proud of his company’s successful expansion from Switzerland to the Middle East and his clients.
 
Currently, Jann resides in Ipsach close to Bern, Switzerland, and speaks fluent English, German, Italian and French, as well as base knowledge of Spanish and Arabic. In his spare time, he enjoys his family, soccer, chess and traveling.
