Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Jim Holmes

Entrepreneur, FBI Agent, Gaming Consultant and Private Investigator; Jim Holmes has had an exciting and varied career. He is currently the founding Director of Jim Holmes & Company where he is a Consultant and Contractor in the gaming industry, including Lotteries and Indian Country, specializing in start-ups.

Jim earned an MS in Law Enforcement Administration from Central Missouri State University (1975-1977) and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1961-1965). He started his career with 5 years of military service in the 1960′s which included active duty in Vietnam. On his return to the USA, Jim joined the FBI for 15 years where he was a speaker at FBI training conferences. After his time with the FBI, he embarked on a new career in gaming, beginning with the management of Missouri’s Lottery. Success there led to opportunities to do the same in the Ukraine and then his new gaming and consulting group brought him as far as the Philippines and Azerbaijan. Having recently relocated from Las Vegas to Issaquah, WA, he has formed many connections within the gaming communities among the Native Americans in the region and recently helped launch http://www.desertrosecasino.net/ in the state of California. A consummate public speaker, Jim continues to address industry professionals at gaming conferences.

When he’s not working on his next entrepreneurial pursuit, you’ll find Jim cruising on his Harley Davidson or keeping fit, running and bodybuilding.
