Bristol Who’s Who Recognizes Jude Knight

Currently the Head of Department of Special Education at Taradale High School in Taradale, New Zealand, Jude Knight brings 39 years of experience in education to her role. A consummate professional, she manages 3 staff and 11 Teacher’ Aides in her current role. She also manages an e-learning cluster of 7schools on the New Zealand Ministry of Education Virtual Learning Network, as well as mentoring students in her own school who participate in virtual learning classrooms. Jude specializes in adapted and differentiated programs for students with special learning needs. She holds a BA in English language and Music from the University of Canterbury, NZ. Prior to joining Taradale High School, Jude was a teacher at Ruapehu College, Opotiki College and Waikohu College. She has also managed a creche at Turoa Ski Field and been a sub-editor for a small provincial newspaper.

In conjunction to her professional life, Jude is a trustee with the NZ Sailability Hawkes Bay organization (ofr disabled sailors) and also teaches piano. She enjoys pilates, cycling and walking where she resides in Taradale, Napier, New Zealand.
