Julio Cesar Monteiro is the Industrial Director at Bosch of Campinas, Brazil, where automotive parts are developed and manufactured. He has 23 years of experience in a variety of functions including new product development, business development, manufacturing, negotiation and industrial operations. Among his many accomplishments was introducing a new lean manufacturing process to the Bosch Campinas factory in order to optimize production by eliminating inefficiencies.
 
Julio holds one MBA in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and another MBA in International Business from ISCTE Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Campinas State University.
 
Initially inspired to enter his field of work by his brother’s success, now Julio’s own achievements have distinguished him as an expert in industrial operations.
